3. How to apply for industrial accident

Method of preparing an application for medical care benefits
The personal information of the injured person, the workplace, the details of the disaster, etc., and the applicant's seal (the injured person) shall be entered•
If you seal the application submission section, the medical institution can apply through the total service
•
The affiliated workplace management number can be searched for the "business site management number" on the website of the corporation
Submit it to the hospital and fill out the doctor's opinion on the back of the application for medical care benefits In addition, occupational diseases (excluding some injuries) are reviewed by the Occupational Disease Judgment Committee•
Upon receipt of the application, the head of the agency shall request the judging committee to deliberate on occupational diseases within seven days, and the judging committee shall deliberate within 20 days (extendable within the first 10 days) and notify the head of the agency

Confirmation of occupational accidents and notification of results

Upon receipt of an application for medical care benefits, the Corporation notifies the policyholder of the fact, and the policyholder submits his or her opinion on the application for medical care benefits

If it is clear whether there is a disaster due to business reasons, notification of the decision on whether to approve medical treatment within 7 days
•
The processing period may be extended if it is necessary to confirm specific facts about the details of work or the circumstances of the accident. In the case of occupational diseases, on-site surveys, special inspections, role surveys, etc. may be conducted to confirm the causal relationship with the work, and in this case, the processing period may be further extended
Objection to Disapproval Notice
In the event of a disposition of disapproval of medical treatment, an administrative lawsuit may be filed with the industrial complex's industrial accident review office via the disposition governor within 90 days from the date of knowing that there is an objection to the disposition, or an administrative lawsuit may be filed with the competent administrative court.
However, if the decision is disapproved after deliberation by the Occupational Disease Judgment Committee, it may be re-examined by the Ministry of Employment and Labor's Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Review Committee or an administrative lawsuit may be filed with the competent administrative court through the disposition branch without a review request procedure.
